Hello, I got PSU and it doesn't want to start at all after I installed it.

I can change the options, but as soon as I click story mode nothing happens at all.

As far as I can tell, a process for PSU isn't even started.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or fixes? Kinda annoying since I already paid the monthly fee but not able to get on...

-----------------------------------------------

THE FIX

Put the PSU DVD-ROM back into the drive, and click on the option to install DirectX. That should get things working again.

I had the same thing.

Even though I already had DirectX9.0c installed on my PC, it wouldn't load when I hit story or network mode. Reading on other forums people said installing the DirectX from the CD will fix it, and sure enough it did, hope that helps

SEGA should really say that they'd like for you to install their directx....
