My problem is unique from what I've researched on these forums.

I bought 2 copies of the game ($100)

My card is an American Visa.

I used this card on one account.

Tried using my card to make a second account, and it gives me error 192.

I logged on and looked at my bank account activity, it shows the $9.99 taken out, then it puts it right back in.

I get an error 192, talks about being flagged or something. I shouldn't be flagged, I've used this card for Blue Burst and a PSU account...


Any suggestions?
