I'm confused as to where Gi/Magic drops.. does anybody happen to know?

I think it's actually a drop on the Neudiaz planet (Probably A Rank Grove Drop) but It'd be nice to have confirmation before I go hunting for it.
I saw a lvl 42 Force with one, but he was away so I couldn't ask him  |

Oh its a drop? I thought you can get all the magic in this game in the shops since no longer must you find a certian lvl disk. That kinda sucks.
Maybe at a later time it will be in stores, I just thought it was unreleased as of now. |
