I bought a lovely little vullseye from a players shop not too long ago, and decided i should grind it. I just have a few questions about the whole grinding process.

Correct me if im wrong, but in order to grind something , you have to:

1. Get a weapon to grind.
2. Buy a grinder base board and grinder bases of the same rank to make grinders with.
3. Take these grinders and your weapon to your weapons respective planet and go to weapon grinder.
4. Grind at shop.

Now about step 2, if I buy 2 boards and 10 grinder bases, i should be able to synth 10 grinder Bs, right? And the + value of the grinders are based on what random number the board generated when you inserted it?
