I think you wouild find it at the relics mission on Parum. Where do you find inverter circuits offline?

From previous posts I've read I believe it drops in 'Whats in the ruins' or w/e in offlin.. ive yet to find one offline aswell

I know I found it sojmewhere and there are only three offline missions I did, two being the most frequent and one being hardly at all. 1. The first parum mission, 2. The second parum mission,, 3. The first relics mission which is on Parum as well.
