Try this problem on for size. I can't figure out anything! it makes no sense to me.

im running on a
AMD Athlon 64 XP
Windows XP Service Pack 2
1.5 gig's of RAM
200 Gb of hard drive space
GeForce (not sure which type) 6600 256 MB PCI express

Why on earth is it that I get lag in areas like Parum. It's only in specific spots, and it's really annoying, If it's this bad on Parum, then i can only imagine neudaiz...

You technically youngins better tell me what the heck is going on with this computer whatzit fangle wangle (etc.)

Edit: Ask me any other details about the thing if it helps.

You migth be having the same issue I've been having. SInce the patch, all the objects in the distance are being rendered in great detail, this includes far-off trees, grass, and mountains. Before the patch all those were in a soft-focus for me, saving my video card the headache it's having now of having to render all that detail every time I move.

For me, Parum is not laggy if I am in "halls" or tunnels, but when I come out into the open field and look at the distance the lag kicks in. If I turn around and look at the hall or tunnel from which I came, the lag stops.

I've heard that the next patch we get fixes this problem, because it broke this same thing and fixed the same thing in the Japanese version.

So, since Sega promised "monthly" patches, it means we have to deal with this for a month
