Can you buy elemental photons or -photons from NPC?

The 3 base photons can be bought, but the elements can't. Not that it matters, the new party missions take care of the photon problem nicely.

oh my god, my inventory is so overflowing with photons now. I sell megiphotons by the 50... to the npc... ~_~ Berries have like an 80% chance to drop a photon, then a 17% chance to drop a photon charger, 1% chance to drop a Photon Charger Cosmos, 1% chance to get a Something Sweet, and the last 1% is some random other item(I'm really making up numbers here, but thats really what it feels like).

And half of the photons it drops are megiphoton. ~_~
