I'm posting this here because no where else is helping...

Alright...So, I signed up for a PSU account yesterday, err well I registered my ID and PW, and I attempt to purchase a 30 day subscription, it says that it couldn't match the billing address...So, I attempt again, thinking I did a typo, same error. Then I read the giftcard manual I had(a Simons visa giftcard) and realised I needed to activate it online, sooo I activate it with not a problem. Flash forward to me registering for my subscription for the 3rd time, I got an error showing insufficiant funds. I check my balance, and SEGA took my money, without me knowing anything about it, they don't even acknowledge that they took the money, they show the purchase as being unsuccessful!

Flash foreward a few hours, my internet fell, and I got it back, I am speaking with my girlfriend, she tried out PSU, and it shows my liscence has expired. I tried again myself, same error.


I send a complaint last night, and I attempt to call them, but their hotline has no way of me speaking to a customer representative, the PSU boards have offered no an OUNCE of help, rather than saying that other people got screwed such as I did, Iunno what they did.


I ask whether or not someone has encountered this problem, and got a solution. And I want a SEGA phone number, one with real people answering. Sorry if I sound snappish, but I want my money back now. ALL of it.[s]

have your bank retracting the money. works for my bank. you know you can complain about any unjust bank transfers. once there's actually money involved for sega, they'll move.

your best bet is to send an email in to them.

I did, first thing I did using that, 'Contact Us' option, the problem is that I used a Giftcard thing, so Iunno what to do to contact them, if I can.


I got an e-mail stating that they recieved my email and it will be answered in the order in which it was recieved this morning, that's a good sign? O.o;

EDIT: They put the transactions on hold, whoo, I'll have my money back in 6 days.

Yeah, it is.


I just am dissapointed by their (imo) lackluster Customer Support Service...I mean entirely automated isn't cool. ;l
