This item was a prize for achieving certain milestones in the Famitsu Maximum Attack 5 event in June 2007. The board it was made from had a 100% base synth rate and the weapon always had a 50% elemental percentage. The board was also given out as a prize in the 1Up Cup event in November 2007.
