The light version was given away as part of a promotional event for the Japanese launch of Ambition of the Illuminus.
The fire version could be obtained from the Maximum Attack G mission on the Japanese servers in December 2007 by trading in 20 Gold Badges. This was also the case for the regional April/May 2008 event.
The lightning version could be obtained from the Dengeki Cup event on the Japanese servers in March 2008 by trading 40 Zon-spheres.
