Didn't even know they removed them from Fun Scratches, that's shitty.
You can get a shop pass with AC outside of prem itself but assume that's what you meant by prem. Outside of that, think you're out of luck.
And where people suppose to get Shop Pass besides Prem when it's no longer available in Fun Scratch?
I was away for quite awhile since I thought that PSO2 would NOT be localized at all. But now that I'm happily playing this game and building up anticipation
