It did the download, but the box never check. Looks like I had to go back and manually check it after the download for it to work. Strange, but it works,
Did you hit the checkbox, and did the text "Downloading an update to the Manual Patch, this may lock up the Tweaker momentarily..." come up,
If you hit it twice, you turned it on, then turned it back off again.
That? I hit that thing by accident twice already and everything is still in Japanese.
