PSP2 Opening Movie Released

I kind of like the new designs for clothes and elements of gameplay but I never was a big fan of Evil effiminate pirates playing the role of the "Nemesis". But who cares about my opinions, really!

this looks sick. I love how these games continue to evolve I cannot wait to try this! I just wonder about PSP GO support and if we will have download content. (It would be supreme if we could get our PSU characters downloaded in entirety to something like this when the servers are finally shut down(hopefully not for a while))

i love the fact sega gives the paying fans jack but make this for the psp why wasint this a phantasy star add on for psu uni not the psp ver but the play to pay one ill play this but just to be cool i get it with my hack psp becuse im not paying sega anymore f them

WOW. These gameplay additions can change the game. And that Shield may give Techers some help in the defense department. I want a 6 color rainbow of 50% shields and 50% Line-Shields XD

Finally the ability to roll is added. Looks like the old Charged shot from PSO is back which is a good welcome from ranged based job. I wonder it can be stack with timed counter (just counter). It would be nice for SEGA to include them in future expansion of PSU (if it will ever be released). Frankly, PSU needs to be more tasks, challenges and exploration especially in city areas.

I'm really liking this. IMO, this is the most PSU has ever drastically changed. PSU to AoI added things, then the Port to PSP didn't really change anything at all except a few things like 2-3 new missions and no synthing. But PSP2 will be the biggest (and probably most needed) change that PSU has been dying for.
I just hope that enemies attack and behave differently now with the dodge feature being added. Because if the enemies style hasn't changed and you have the dodge feature it isn't gonna be one bit fun or hard.
With dodge, maybe now the game will actually take some skill.

Lol, they're actually implementing the black nanoblast, and it appears to be.... Lucario!? I didn't see him dual-wielding axes though... XD Also, lol at the Kadaj and .hack (that one guy with the bow reminds me of Kite or someone similar) look-alikes. :3
I love the character designs (especially the CAST!), even though the male human looks emo-ish. I hope there's tons of similar clothing/parts options available.
In all seriousness, I hope this game won't be another victim of Sega Letdown Syndrome, as it DOES look like it fixes some of the issues that plagued PSU. Seeing how Sonic Team isn't developing it though, I'm more hopeful. I guess I'll just have to wait until more gameplay videos surface on the web before I judge it too harshly.

I never considered that girl with the long brown hair could be Lumia. All I could think about was that she looked like Sophia from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. It'd be cool if she was Lumia, though.
