The official English PSU site was just updated with details on October 30's content update! Here's what to expect when the servers come back up from maintenance this Friday.

• GUARDIANS Colony GBR begins and will run through November 19. The missions included in this route are Dark Satellite, SEED Awakened, The Black Nest and The Dark God.
• S3 difficulties will be added to Dark Satellite and SEED Awakened.
• A brand new rare mission, Phantom Ruins, will become available at G-Colony mission counters for anyone who has won the right to a rare mission.
• Character level cap will be increased to LV170.
• Halloween will begin, bringing with it the return of Rappy Latans.
• The Halloween redecoration ticket will be available again for a limited time at the Variety Shop.
• There will be an item rotation at Casino Voloyal.

Update: The official Japanese 360 site has been updated with more details pertaining to this new content. New information includes that the Halloween lobbies will be running for the same duration as the G. Colony GBR and that a new Photon Fortune table will be implemented, so that we will not be repeating the same charts from the year prior.
