God originally posted that the Dreamcast Fun site, which gives information about using free ISPs on the Dreamcast, is located here: http://www15.brinkster.com/dcfun/ and this is correct except for that it is the old site. The new Dreamcast Fun Site is located here: http://www.dreamcastfun.com/ and is updated with correct information. I hope this helps anyone who is trying to get free Internet on their Dreamcast.
