godfree writes, "OK if you been reading the IGN.com FAQ section of PSO it has a new update and it has this:
When will the new online downloadable quests be available? And is SEGA planning on releasing an "expansion disc" to PSO? An online downloadable quest will be available very soon, and our secret agents within the walls of SEGA have whispered sometime in the next three months. As far as we know, we haven't heard about an expansion disc for PSO though we have been told that it's not out of the question
http://dreamcast.ign.com/news/29710.html So is this true? Well 3 months is a long time..... (Godfree from PSO)"

Warlord35 writes, "The servers will be down for the majority of the day as I understand, as I talked with a sega representative on the phone. Silly me, I never read the warning about the symbols and called because of those, and he told me that they are just updating the servers to have the downloadable quests, so be on the lookout."

lanzer writes, "The Japanese official web page just announced three new quests available. One is a 3rd level on-line quest and the others are downloadable quests, one taking up 73blocks and the other 37 blocks off the VMU. To download the new quests, get on-line, and a choice for downlaod should be apparent under "Ship Select". It did make a note that during the download of the on-line quest, the screen might freeze for up to one minute. So do not turn off or reset your DC during that time. Also there is a warning - Do not access your main menu when your quest is being loaded."
