Start by using any Ranger with any section ID. For this example I'll use a Ramarl (because they are cute lol) with a Skyly section ID.

STEP 1
Start by feeding your mag 12 Dimates. At level 10 it will evolve into Kalki and have Estilla for a Photon Blast.

STEP 2
Feed your level 10 mag 188 Monofluids. At level 35 it will evolve into Tapas and have Mylla and Youlla for a Photon Blast.

STEP 3
Now you need to hand over your level 35 Tapas to any Hunter with a Greenil, Blueful, Pinkal, Oran or Whitill section ID and feed it 166 Dimates. At level 55 it will evolve into Bhirava and have Pilla for a Photon Blast.

**(Alternate method. Feed your level 35 Tapas Monomates until Power is 35. Then move on to STEP 4. Also note that you will need a lot of patience because this part of the feeding goes VERY slowly.)**

STEP 4
Feed your level 55 Bhirava 57 Trimates. Your level 65 Bhirave will now have 25 Def and 25 Pow.

STEP 5
Feed your level 65 Bhirava 318 Difluids. This will put your mag at level 99.

STEP 6
Give your level 99 Bhirave to any male Hunter with a Skyly, Pinkal or Yellowboze section ID and feed it 1 monofluid. At level 100 it will evolve into a Rati.

Raising only Mind: Monofluids will increase Mind by 9, Difluids by 11 and Trifluids by 14.

Raising only Power: Monomates will increase Power by 9, Dimates by 11 and trimates by 14.

Raising only Dex: Alternate between Antidotes and Antiparalysis.

If for whatever reason you decide you don't want to evolve your level 99 Bhirava into a Rati, I have included a small chart below to give you other options. I will only include new evolutions in the chart. If nothing is listed it means the mag didn't evolve. Mags in gray are non 4th evolution mags.
