    luck material (love meter)

To receive the items, remember to have room left in your inventory.

For those who are new to TTF, there's two ways to achieve an SS rank. Both require that you finish the quest in under an hour and without any team members dying even once.

    Method 1: Maximum Kill...
As the title would suggest, you have to kill every enemy that appears throughout the quest. There are a few multi-wave rooms and even some enemies that literally take a minute or two to spawn in, so you have to bide your time and wait for them if you want to achieve an SS rank in this manner. Unfortunately, I can't remember how many enemies there are total. However, splitting slimes and Pan Arms does not increase kills. You only get a kill-point for the original slime and Pan Arm.

    Method 2: Minimum Kill...
As the title would suggest, you're only killing the enemies required to open the doors and activate the teleporters. Basically it comes down to just one enemy per room that tends to be different than the rest. Look at the maps for enemies to kill for. Enemies to look out for are the ones marked with yellow labels.

    Mini-quests

    Trade Candy for Flower Bouquet
You need candy from Principal's Gift to play this part of the quest. The id inscribed on the candy needs to be the id of the person you are playing this current quest with. Meaning: you need to play with the same person as you did the white day quest. If the candy you have does not have the id of the person you are playing with, you will be told to come back. Talk to the FOmarl by the check room. She will congratulate you for having such a strong bond. Trade the candy for the flower boquet Remember that when playing Principal's Gift, you and your partner can't activate the light switches in the first room and need to press all the other switches at the same time in an efficient time to be able to get the special candy needed..

    Love Meter

Grab your Hunny and don't let go! It's time to test your true love in a mini-quest, this only works with two players, one male and one female. The couple must talk to the FOmarl by the bank, she will then give the 2nd player on the team the activation code for the Love Test. Go down to Forest 2 and clear the enemies in both rooms in Forest 2. Make your way to the console in the first room of Forest 2 and both of you should enter the code. Hearts will swirl around your two characters for the rest of the testing. Now heres the hard part, you must stay as close as possible to your lover at any cost! Your score is dependent on how close you stay together. A nice trick to raise your score is staying idle together. Boss fights are not affected by this test, so you may roam freely without nipping at your lovers heels. Always go towards the hearts to increase your love rating. Once the test is over, you may teleport back up to P2 and check your results with the FOmarl. If the results are high enough, you will recieve a luck material.

    Play as Dragon/Sil Dragon
Before your party of 4 people fights the Dragon, two members (same sex!!) should teleport to P2. Once aboard, talk to the FOmarl by the checkroom, she will tell you that she lost her papers on the simulator. Once you are done talking to her, make your way to the Principal's Office. Once inside, go behind the desk where Irene usually is standing and collect the FOmarl's papers. Once you return them to her she will give the 2nd player on the team a secret code. Pipe back down to Forest 2 and find the console in the first room. Enter the code (the person who joined second is the only one who can play as the Dragon) and bring your whole party to the boss portal. Once the Dragon lands and is ready to fight, the second person who joined becomes the Dragon! It's attacks are below. Players who get stomped by this player controlled dragon will be shrunk smaller and smaller

    A = Fire/Ice Breath
    B = Tail Whip
X = Fly/Dive/Sweep (Press again after you have let out a "war cry" to dive into the ground, the again to plow through your opponents!)
    R = Collapse

    Striker of Chao Prize

    Dreamcast & PC version
    Simulation Prizes
The total number of enemies in this quest is 197. The no. of kills, deaths and the time taken to clear the quest determines your rank. There are five different ranks you can earn from least to greatest; C, B, A, S, and SS. On earning S and SS rank, you are awarded certain prizes, see below on how to accomplish this There are 2 ways to get SS rank. 1st condition/SS#1: Kill a maximum 197 monsters, 0 deaths within 60 mins. 2nd condition/SS#2: Kill a minimum of 19 monsters, 0 deaths within 60 mins

    Ultimate Mode
    1. Plantain Fan (Rank A, S, and SS, Force Only)
    2. Drill Launcher (Rank A, S, and SS, Robot Only)
    3. Flight Fan (Rank A, S, and SS, All females except for FOnewearl)
    4. Maser Beam (Rank A,S, and SS, Male Ranger Only)

    Very Hard Mode
    1. Nei's Claw (S and SS, RAcaseal and HUnewearl)
    2. Egg Blaster (S and SS, All Classes)

The Very Hard prize choices are bugged. The first choice reads as "EGG BLASTER", but it is really Nei's Claw. The first choice after selecting Nei's Claw really means NO and the second means YES (Sonic Team must of did a snow job on that translation part). The second choice that reads "BLUE RING" is really the Egg Blaster.

    Striker of Chao Prize
To obtain this wild weapon, you must first need the Paku Paku weapon. At the end of completing the simulator, head towards the medical room and take the portal inside (the portal will not appear if you don't have Paku Paku on you). It should drop you off to Ruins 1. Equip the Paku Paku, and stand under the waterfall and let the water pour down on you. Messages from Chao will appear, just read them. Keep standing under the waterfall, and waiting, it will take some time. After some time, the Paku Paku will change into the Striker of Chao. If you keep standing there, a message will appear saying that Chao ran away and your Striker of Chao will be come a Paku Paku again. If this happens, don't worry, you can always turn your Paku Paku back into the Striker by standing under the waterfall again. The attributes of the Striker however, will change.

  • Maps
    Forest 2

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 1st condition, remember to kill the boomas which will appear in the map by the green star.

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 2nd condition (Method 2, Minimum Kill), kill:
    1. Hildebear (the only one that appears)
    2. Booma (enter the room and wait by the door until a lone Booma pops up - it'll take about thirty seconds)
    3. Head for the teleporter to fight the Dragon

    Caves 3

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 1st condition, remember to go in the hidden room to the north of the first room after the start. More enemies will then appear late in the area marked by the green star. Kill them all

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 2nd condition (Method 2, Minimum Kill), kill:
    1. Evil Shark (go directly north from the entrance into a secret room - entering this room will activate your target)
    2. Poison Lily (it's behind a wall of sharks)
3 & 4. Poison Lily (it's in the middle of some sharks) & Evil Shark (this shark is in the same room and takes about a minute to appear after you kill the lily)
    5. Head for the teleporter to fight De Rol Le

    Mines 2

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 1st condition, find the hidden room entry to the south, more enemies will appear. Destroy all enemies.

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 2nd condition (Method 2, Minimum Kill), kill:
    1. Sinow Gold (it'll be handing from the doorway to the next room)
    2. Canadine (it's the one on the far left-hand side - it'll be the only one to use the laser-tracking Zonde)
    3. Sinow Gold (run straight through the room into a secret room - entering this room will activate your target)
    4. Dubwitch (you'll have to thrash the lone Dubchic so that the Dubwitch will appear, otherwise it's buried in a wall)
    5. Head for the teleporter to fight Vol Opt

    Ruins 3

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 1st condition, head to teleporter 1. Dimenians will then appear in the room to the east. Remember to kill them.

If you are trying to achieve SS rank in 2nd condition (Method 2, Minimum Kill), kill:
    1. Chaos Bringer (can't miss him)
    2. Chaos Sorceror (it's easier to attack him by warping up onto the platform - you need to warp up there to activate another enemy anyway)
    3. Dimenian (this one is activated by warping onto the platform in the previous room)
    4. Head for the teleporter to fight Dark Falz
