Obtaining VIP Cards

The chances of getting a VIP Card (Online only, unavailable offline) is based off the card that is drawn just before the VIP card shows up, and how many of that card already is owned by the player. The chances are as follows. S and SS Rank cards cannot gain VIP cards.
