Choose yes and he will join you. Now follow the blue path till you get to a locked door with out a switch. Just approach it with Bernie in your group and he will open it for you. Continue down and enter the transporter to forest 2. Follow the blue path all the way to where you see a FOnewrl (blue) laying on the floor and Bernie will begin to talk. Take the pipe that appears and talk to the travel agency rep. to finish your quest.
