From the title screen go to the options menu, 'Network Option.'

Then select 'Provider Option.'

Then 'User Provider.' Select 'YES' in the small window that pops up.

You'll be asked to select a memory card with the left and right buttons being slot A and slot B, with the button under it being cancel. You'll then be presented with this window, hit the left button to continue.

Hit OK to continue.

Hit the option highlighted (ISP Settings) to continue.

Type in the name of you're ISP in the space, then click the left button highlighted, to continue.

Ignore this page, and click the highlighted button to continue.

In the first space, type in your ISP account username. In the second space, type in your password. In the 3rd option, type in the local phone number for your ISP. Click the highlighted button to continue.

Unless it's absolutely required by your ISP, ignore the DNS settings and click the highlighted button to continue.

Once again, unless it's required by your ISP ignore the proxy settings. Click the highlighted button to continue.

Click the far right button highlighted, to save the settings.

You're now back at the ISP options page. To exit DreamPassport press Y on the controller, a bar will appear at the bottom. Select the big 'X' icon and select it by pressing A on the cotroller.

Select the left option to continue back to the options menu.
