Description:	"We want to see Dr Osto's Research memo. He's a doctor who was onboard Pioneer 1."
Client:	Three Scientists

Prerequisites:	Clear all tier 1, defeat Del Rol Le(Mines unlocked)
	You're going to have to fight one of the guards that you came across in Black Paper. You will see him in the room marked guard in the map. Then meet up with Sue, you will need her to unlock the door that will let you access the east wing. She will also come in handy as she joins you in battle.
