For you newbies just getting into PSO, there are Ten Commandments that you must follow if you want to have a great experience.

1. Don't try to take items before the room is actually clear.
2. Don't try to spam messages, and for PSOX users with voice chat that goes double for you.
3.If you can't use an item, don't keep it to yourself if a Force wants to use a Technique Disc and offers to trade it for something else you like, take advantage of it.
4. Don't try to be an EXP hog. People won't like you for it. If you come into an item that you can't use, leave it there unless someone else in the team can.
5. If you're playing if possible try to support your team.
6. Be original and creative: If you pick a character class, try to check out the various options to create your character and create an original name for your character. Your character size can be as big or small as you like, it can have a big hat if you like just try to be creative if possible.
Also avoid these "Ultimate Newbie Moves"
-Using a DBZ or a Final Fantasy character name
-Naming a character with the same name as the character class name
And
-Just creating a character that's just "plain" (meaning nothing, I mean just like the regular characters you see on the character class select screen.)
7. Don't do anything that's annoying to your players. They won't be pleased if you
8.Check out the various message boards for more information, tips, about anything you need. Trust me, I've found more information about PSO than if I would if I didn't.
9. You will be remembered! Even if you just call someone something inapproate once, they'll know that you did it and they might tell their friends to avoid you.
10. Just go have some fun! Enjoy yourself!

Special note to PSOX players: If you see anyone making annoying sounds or showing symbol chats that have to do with breasts, or broadcasting music on the voice communicator or tell you that you're an *******. Use these feedback complaints to report them.

Inapproate Symbol chats: Cursing or Lewdness
Telling someone that you're "stupid", etc: Threats and Harassments
Broadcasting music on voice chat or making noises on communicator: Screaming
