• New Article At Kikizo About PSO Episode 3

    Kikizo has a new article up talking about the success of Phantasy Star Online: Episode 3 at last weeks Tokyo Game Show. Including comments about the PSO branded keyboard that will be coming out along with Episode 3. Though the keyboard looks just like the Ascii keyboard we all dreaded with Episode 1 & 2 for GC.

      Dude, I was thinking the same thing, but I assumed everyone would make fun of me for letting the packaging catch my eye. But seriously, it's the PSO Controller! Not some 3rd party "Might-Work" Keyboard, but the PSO controller! That is so cool!

      Yeah it is...I just hope they don't get all crazy with the pricing...

      Couldn't possibly be much different from the identicle product already on the Japanese market that doesn't feature endorsement from PSO.

      I just hope they bring the accursed thing to the US. I'd replace my Datel keyboard in a heartbeat.

      If the controller is the same as the ASCii one, then I can tell you it is not uncomfortable at all.

      Sure it looks big, but it is meant to be rested on your lap as you play, and it also not heavy at all.

      In fact, that controller is the best device to play PSO, IMHO.

      i second that.

      although my ascii's 3D-control stick wore a bit out by now... (like in... keeps running forward or backwards for a second sometimes)

      hm... maybe i should replace it with this new one *laughs*

      cant i use my normal game pad and put the keyboard in the second player hole ^-^?

      At first glance of the box and the controller, I thought it was for the dreamcast. I guess because of the white shell, and I thought the C-stick was a giant X button. The box looks my DC keyboard box, only without all the PSO characters on it.

      Hopefully it does get released here, and for a reasonable price.
