    Update: The shield is called Mirror of Yata, one of the items in japanese legend, it may produce a bonus if combined with the Kusanagi sword.

    The sword is called the General's Saber of Honor.

    The claw is Daylight's Scar.

      i think the sheild and saber come as some significance in the respect that they seem like a pair

      kinda like the sword n sheild combo, wonder if im right there

      anyways the new area looks nice i guess, i hope we get cool bosses, and more areas then ep 2 (wishful thinking), but still =)

      wondering if they could release on Gamecube ?, nah i doubt it

      PSO Episodes 1 + 2 + 4 lol ?

      that and PSO + is out in both usa and japan, i think people would think f sega if they released THREE versions of the same damn game even if they have more stuff, i know i for one wouldnt mind but thats me

      I doubt they will release it on the consoles due to hacking.

      It's actually easier to get over the PC, hell you can dl it now. You just need a translator :/.

      I can't wait! More juicy weapons to beat enemies up with!

      I know the claw is called Daylight Scar, but I don't know the kanji for the other two :/

      I believe the timer had to do with how long a person could play before another person would take their place.

      i agree with the first post because im not really into switching my crap around a billion times just to get a new version in..but other then that it kicks ass!!!

      The graphics look really nice in those shots. I hope Snic Team optimized the textures right. It would be a shame to wait for this episode for so long only to see it lag worse than Seabed with my video card.

      That isn't switching your "crap around a billion times just to get a new version in." If you're not in Japan, then you haven't seen a million versions of PSO released. If you're only in the US then you have had:

      DC v.1

      DC v.2

      GC Ep. 1&2

      GC Ep. 1&2 Plus

      GC Ep.3

      Xbox Ep. 1&2

      This is seriously just a "third version" of PSO in my opinion. V.1+2, Ep.1&2, PSO:BB.

      The daylight Scar is the claw, because if you see that picture with the 3 new weapons, it's just 2 weapons. They took away the dagger for some reason.

      I've been always amazed why ST screenshots dont show them using the strong wpns that people usually use.

      Of course, since there are new enemies, there are new drops. It would be sad if the enemies dropped common stuff though about a meteor crashing into Ragol... mustve been a small one because wouldnt the dust (from the explosion) cover the planet from the sun?
