• 2005 Tokyo Game Show Updates!

    Here are some small news bits to keep your PSU cravings under control for another day. There are a couple of TGS videos of PSU trailers hosted over at 1UP.com. However, only the second of the two trailers has anything new (the other one we have already seen from the official JP PSU web site). The quality is not too good, and the background noise might just cause you to temporarily lose your hearing, but hey... it's PSU Here are some quick links to the high-quality WMV and Quicktime versions for your convenience:

    WMV (25MB) :: QuickTime (51MB)

    Also, The Magic Box reports that Sonic Team has revealed that PSU's party size will be limited to 6 members.

    Thanks to Parn and DarK-SuN for posting these updates in our PSU forums!

      Ohhh sadness and angony... 6 player coop simply is too small. With 8 or more they could have multiple problems and require teams to split up and handle them. With more players they could have grand battles where opponents come from in front of you ,and in back. When i saw the cutscene with all those aliens rushing the bots I hoped for some big battles.

      Well six doesn't sound like a big leap from four. Yet Im glad they kept it at an even number, it would be excruciating to have a party limit at an odd number. I mean, it would be hell to split up evenly. At least now you can have 3 parties of two, or two parties of 3 within the game.
