On July 30th, Sega of Japan sent out notices to Japanese players advising them to immediately change their passwords. This was done in response to the apparent malicious activities of unnamed third-parties. If players do not change their passwords, these parties could login to vulnerable accounts to remove items and delete characters. Also, ISAO has taken steps to hide billing details and prevent unauthorized account changes. This warning only applies to the Japanese servers. You can read additional details in this
forum thread.
