• V2 Outdoes the First Week Sales of V1 in Japan

    D_MaMBo writes, "Segaweb posted a nice little story ripe with sales figures reported by Famitsu (Japan's number one gaming mag, bar none). It seems that in the first week, ver 2 has sold more copies over in the land of the rasing sun then ver 1 did in it's first week, 20,000 more copies! In the first week, sales topped out at 108,411, despite having almost no advertising.

      I also think this is great, PSOver2 looks like a great game, its just to bad that PSO has turned into more like Racoon City then RAGOL I know all of you are gonna say, shut up, but its true, I rarely go online anymore because i am afraid of GSers, I have already lost a char to them, and alot of u people have to, but thats another story, KEEP UP THE KICK-ASS JOB SEGA.

      Of course it sold great in Japan.....they've had to pay to play version 1 over there! Just wait till it hits our shores! It'll sell half if Sega is lucky! LOL I love it....that's why it's been delayed! They know no one with half a brain will buy it now! Yea!

      No actually I make very good money and judging by your mindless incoherint response you are still a kid! 3 dollars a months is not expensive your right but that's not the point! Think about it you pay for version 1, then you pay for the same game again with only 2 new levels and a handfull of meaniless updates and gimmiks then you pay for your ISP, then you pay for playing? Hell with that. Why dont they just charge 20 dollars more for the game? They dont because they know poeple get bored with PSO since it's meaningless repetitive treasure hunting. You go right ahead and pay, that's what they expect from you kids.

      Ok wait I don't understand you, you suggest they just charge 20 more but yet you complain about buying the game again because its just a 'meaniless update with gimmiks'. As far as age is concerned, even if your not 3, what the fuck do you care if we go ahead and pay? Is it your money? Are we forcing you to buy it?       Wow, you guys are hopeless losers. You midas well get a GS you jackoffs so you can have ur suped up weapons u cheating fags. The only reason you're defending Wata is you're a total wannabe poser that will ask to have the weapons Wata has duped.So you pretty much want all the weapons duped and so GSers can hack them to shit and have them all banned and ruin the game. You see I'm defending the games experience and making sure when the domestic release hits, that there isn't a million duped Twin blazes and Sealed J-swords with 125% on everything, so it's at least still a challenging and fun game with things to look foward to.
