• PSO and BBA not Discontinued

    Fran responds: The Broadband Adapter is still on sale. Nintendo simply didn't ship many to begin with and demand has been higher than expected. If you want one, definitely pre-order one or check some retailers online.

    Also, PSO: Espisode I & II is never going to be discontinued! Wow do silly rumors spread like a virus. From what I've seen on the servers, the online title isn't selling too bad. But, we'll keep an eye on sales figures."

    So now hopefully this will put a bunch of you at ease about that whole deal...."

    Not the newest news, but it is a good reminder for some people.

      this is odd why is this even on this is useless rumors should not be posted as news and if there is an item in the report that makes it false it should not be posted

      ok hey i am an xbox user and stuff and latley i am getting psyched up for the pso episode 1 and 2 coming out for the great system. well wen the freak is the game coming out for the x-box????

      I knew it. Those damned bastards at Sega didn't ship to Quebec. And people over the boards were like: "yeh, there gona shihp to quebec liek thye did b4".

      Like "before"? THIS is exactly the same thing that happened with PSO for DC. Quebec Canada STILL didn't get anything.

      Wow some people are really dumb, "Oh my god PSO has been discontinued, after being out for umm let's see not even two weeks. HA HA HA HA that's pretty......stupid.

      Nintendo definately didn't discontinue the BBA, but all the Gamestops (Software Etc, Funcoland, etc.) all got memos from the higher ups saying that they were... Nintendo supposedly sent them a memo... *shrugs* that's probably how it started.

      Yeah, i went to get the game at Babbages and they said they were sold out and it had been discontinued. i didn't believe them but they showed me the computer screen and it said so right there. i don't know what is up with that.

      PSO isn't really selling out from what I hear. Since Nintendo can't keep up with the production of modems, they asked retailers not to re-stock PSO until early to mid December. Their is no bugs in PSO GC version, they just don't have modems for everyone. I got this information from the guy at my local EB. This sucked since I had to order it online and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. (Due Here This Tuesday!!!)
