    So if anyone here has experianced this type of problem after finishing C-mode C9, use the Sega Support online form or call Sega Tech support at (716) 650-6701. To get directly to a PSO operator, wait for the first message to complete, hit 2 then 4 then 0. It is a toll call but if you can afford it, please call them and make them aware of this very overlooked bug so they can do something about it!    "
