Where do I take Photon Spheres?

I was able to get a photon sphere. There is only one problem... It is like a photon drop (there is someone who needs this...). I don't know where to take it. Could someone please help me out with this?

photon spheres have no function, yet, but hang on to it, it probably will have a function with a quest or something later. that's the news so far
