GH 420: Highest striking level possible 49?

I was looking at the PM feeding guide at http://www.inconsequentialexistence.com/psu, and checked out the possibility of making a GH 420 for my hunter. I was disappointed to see that the highest Striking stat possible for the model was 49, as the striking level must be kept below 30 until level 80. If anyone knows a way to get more strike points on a 420, please let me know.

69 is the highest you can get striking, which is what I have on mine. Get striking to 19 and stop. Raise tech, range, or armor as you wish, but keep range below 30. Once you hit level 50, raise only strike. Voila.
