Im confused.....

Ok, well i dont mean to sound like an idiot, but im very confused with the class stuff on psu. I just got the game less then a week ago, so i have no idea what all these classes like fortecher and junk like that. Can anyone please explain what all these new class things are and how I can get one?

heres a link to alot of information
you gain class levels by completing missions and getting mission points. to become an advanced class you need certain levels in different classes
say u want to be a fighgunner you would need 5 lvls as a hunter and 3 as a ranger than you can become a fighgunner
to switch classes go to the gaurdians headquarters on the 5th floor of the colony
