PSU-XBox 360: Freeze Warning!

Earlier I discovered what I believe to be a fault with PSU on the 360. I searched shops for an item, visited a shop, and returned to my room. I then selected the same room from my Recently Visited Rooms list, and never made it.
I tried visiting the room a further two times (between resetting the console) in then same manner, and the game froze each time.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes that view recent rooms has been broken for a while now

You get that too? I thought that I had scratched my disc.

I remember using it before in the past too. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

mine freezes every so often too, luckily nothing is ever deleted or erased
