What the hell does a Dogma Drop do?

I have about 6 of them, and when I use one it only lowers my XP... What do they do besides that? Do they raise your atp a little bit? Any info would be nice, I am clueless on what dogma drops do.

That cake made by Maya Shidow does 50% HP damage to you. I ate it and it nailed me for 417 damage. x_X

My friend gave it to a friend and she ate it. Nearly killed her. Good times. i like to see false healing items since food is used to heal hp or cure status effects when not feed to a pm.

lol i was wondering what that does. i made one and gave it to a friend but he never ate it. he just fed it to his pm and it gave him some decent stats.
