A question:

To get Blue Ring/Green Ring, it says to finish offline Episode 2 Challenge Mode with A/B Rank.
(Phantasy Star+ only).
What difficulty mode do you have to play in order to recieve these Rings? I would like to know.

To get those you need to do Challenge mode. Challenge mode doesn't have a difficulty setting so technically it's set on normal mode. You just need to do all 5 Challenges for Ep2 and you'll be able to get the rings. However, challenge can only be done with others, you can't do single player Challenge mode.

Are the 5 Challenges very difficult?

Quite so, espescially if you're new to challenge mode.
Try finding good challenge players and take the time to watch them play.

You only need two players to complete Challenge Mode. However, your odds of success increase greatly if you have four competent players.

there were people that did that on their own. having a healslave (fonl for example) for the later eps, or simply some huct (HP recovery) that you controll with a secondary controller and use your main (preferably hucl) to kill stuff. retreat one char a room back and take turns while one recovers, use the other. during bosses, you'll have to keep both alive tho.

as these rings require scoring A and B rank time (7h + respectively 14h + for ep1 cmode, and i believe 5h+ and a bit more plus for ep2) you can actually take your time and afterwards just repeat an easy stage / shape up a very slow stage to retrieve both rings.
