Booma Right Arm

A basic question. I found a Booma Right Arm as my first rare. Yeah!! Anyhoo, now what do I do with it so it can be used as a weapon?? Do you simply use it from the equipment list? Is this Booma arm any good?

You can eat it sorta like Chicken Wings. Get a couple of guys, turn on the tube to watch some Go Go Ball, grab a six-pack of fluids and enjoy.
