I have a poll I want to place, but the problem is, it could go under ep. 3 , ep. 1& 2 and even PSU. I want it also to be in a place many people look at, and the answers won't be biased about where I put it. What should I do?

If it's not specifically for one version of PSO, place it in General. If it's not specifically about PSO/PSU, then Off Topic would be the place.
From what you said, it sounds like Off Topic is the best place.
