Best systems: PC, but for consoles I'd have to say it's a close call between the SNES and Wii where Wii has the potential to surpass the SNES if it gets plenty of support
Worst system: Ngage (Though, it could very well hand off the title soon to the PS3)
Best games: No single game is the best and listing the top ones would be too long to list
Worst games: Shaq Fu although that one trucker game where there was no clipping probably surpasses it as worst programmed game ever but we also can't forget about ET for the Atari

Best System: SNES. Without a doubt no game has surpassed the number of classics that the SNES released. PS1 is a close second though.

RPG: Secret of Mana, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, Magical Starsign, Shadow Hearts: Covenant, original PS1 Valkyrie Profile
"Party": Rayman Raving Rabbids (Wii version)
Action: God of War
Puzzle: Katamari? also, Dr. Mario
Rhythm-based: EBA, Rez
Quirky games that don't really have a genre: Cooking Mama, Trauma Center (Wii)

Worst system: PSP/N-gage
Worst game: in recent times, Jaws and Pimp My Ride. old-school, Bizyland could have been a great puzzle game, but was filled with horrible glitches that ruined the entire experience. also, every Tekken EVAR.

I honestly don't see how so many people can list Gamecube as one of the best systems. I mean, it has some good games and all that, but I think out of all of nintendo's other systems (aside from virtual boy) it's the system that had the fewest hits.

Worst system: Virtual Boy, PSP, Atari Jaguar, 3DO, or NGage. Strike that.

Best Game: I've played PSO more than any other game, but my favorite is a toss up between FFII on SNES or River City Ransom on NES. Eternal Darkness on GC kicked ass, too.

Worst Game: PSU, mostly for the letdown of what it was after all the hype building it up for so long. Taboo for the NES, stupid game. SPRUNG for the Nintendo DS, stupid game. Too many bad games to form even a partial list.
