Letter to Lionel(yeah, I know you've heard this before)

Okay...I am trying to complete all the offline quests(so I can get my enemy parts made in to weapons), and I need to do Letter to Lionel. I can get the Head and the part after that fine, but I have no idea where to get the other parts. The clues are too vague to give a good estimate where the items are. Anyone willing to help?

Oh, and someone should put up an online guide for this quest, too.

eventually we will have a guide for all the quests, right now, we only have one person helping us prof_frink. we actually posted a sticky to see who could help, but with only one person helping (and mind you he put up 6 good guides in 2 days) it naturally takes some time.
