Disclaimer : This is just a scheme of mine because I'm terrible with finishing pictures and sometimes when I post stuff it forces me to finish it ._.' Usually I know what's wrong with my stuff so don't reaaallly have to rip it apart, just enjoy.

My main figunner toon Artemis, blahblah. I took the liberty of uberizing him with Daggers of Serafi and that nice long coat that will never seem to get released ._. (Noble's Long Coat).

Took a look at the expansion screens and decided that I really liked the togs that the whip demo'ing dude was wearing. Just a silly little rakugaki of Artemis in a blue version having owned a Tengohg. Just pretend that his fight foot is there cuz I forgot to save the original.

Artemis has a wolf theme which I've never really visualized. He's got some beast on his mother's side, where his not-human eyes come from, and a necklace of rare wolf fangs. ... dang, he's hot._.;;;

UrikoBB3's PSO HUnewearl Teika. HUnewearls are a really difficult subject for me because super skin-tight just doesn't go well with my style. So... I really let my imagination run wild on this one. Haruna's "foie-happy female newman attack Force" o.O' Was kinda fun piecing her character together from stock PSOw screenshots (xBox player w/o screencapture!) but I didn't really mess with the design much. Never cared for the Classica set and the Psychowand is a really short staff for the pose. Got tired on her legs so this's good enough ^_^; Final

New Shiroryuu's character uhhh Shiro Ryuu. The concept sketch looks a bit girly (it's the thin shoulders) but he looks a little more bish in the working final. Keeping Sange/Yasha sheathed for no particular reason; just think fits the samurai image better.

Rather nice! The lines are very clean and very well layed out. I really like how you drew the fur collar. Quite the stylish character too.

Final (for now) Not happy with the center wing on the left-hand dagger but started getting emo from the metal grip of my pencil. Was cleaning up the lines for CG prep, which is why his right eye looks kinda weird.

Wow, so much response when I draw a female character :( (men just don't get any love I guess) but thank you.

Unfortunately, I don't have a website anymore... Several years ago my hard drive with all my CGs died as did my friend's website where I had my gallery, and my friend's hard drive (with the website back-up), all simultaneously, which left me kinda depressed and unmotivated for a long while F: All that's left is some really fricking old images I uploaded to Cafepress ages ago and random pictures online here and there x_X

As for requests x_X been kinda overwhelmed by the small flood in my PM Inbox. I need the practice and I would happily do them all, but my free time between FFXI/PSU/Zelda:TP/sleep/work/cat/drawing-my-own-shyte is limited. I can't promise a response or a doodle, but if you make your character interesting to me that might help the chances :x

I think it has to do with, male characters tend to be covered up more. It gets a reaction akin to, "Hm. There's a head sticking out of pants and a jacket," whereas the female characters, or at least this one, have some personal detail to show off to the world. Simply enough, flesh is more exciting than clothes.

all rangers with RA
all forces with FO

humans are 'mar'
newmans are 'new' (newm for males)
casts are 'cast' (cas for females)

males are left that way
females get 'eal' at the end

so, like, a ranger cast female would be
RAcaseal
and a male force newman would be
FOnewm

Wow, man. I know you probably don't need another random person's approval, but this is truly some of the best draughtsmanship I've ever seen. Anime typically doesn't do much for me but you bring the comic style to life in such an energetic way that it's impossible not to get sucked into the emotion of the picture. You're a master, my friend.

While I wouldn't mind a Crea Doubles or something tossed at me (<_<' bahahah jk) I'm just doing this for the practice after a three year stint of not drawing anything at all.

If you want to request something you might as well take the initiative and PM me so I can stuff the info on my stick so that when I get to it I can as soon as I'm done with the prior. Just keep an eye on the # requests I have so far and try to keep it under like, 8 or something, or my brain will explode.

First off, JOE looks absolutly amazing, I'm deffinantly going to color it as best as I can. The rifle looks great, love the pose. After I managed to destroy all of my online galleries and the hard drives with my stuff on them, I took a long hiatus from drawing pretty much. Used to do mainly video game fan artwork and original character stuff. I was never very good at backgrounds so I just did character artwork.

Just a couple rough updates. Altaire's almost done - there are a few really fundamental flaws, like the axe............................................... .................... the Carriguine is kinda small too. I'll prolly end up enlarging it on Photoshop.

I really like this thread as well.
However, what do you use to draw with/scan in? Your lines are both detailed and sharp, which has the suspicion of pen, but then some things also look pencilly. As far as I know, no one has yet asked 'whats the media'.

I ask because I have always had a heckuva time getting anything line wise to scan well at all, ever, despite every effort. (it does not look like you've gone over and re-lined in illustrator, either) Also the scanner just ultimatly phailed a finished pencil drawing that I have wanted to post for some time now. Is it some scanner setting or a better scanner? You turn out consistently well-transfered results in a quick timeframe!

Ummm media. I just use a mechanical 0.3mm pencil with HB lead (.... I think? hmm maybe it's H, HB sounds a little soft for 0.3 but it dulls like my 0.5) Koh-I-Noor Rapidomatic if you want a brand. Paper, I just use Bright White printer paper on a huge legal-size neon-orange plastic clipboard with your standard Tenkuu Senki Shurato pencilboard to try not to smudge <_<;;;;

Scanner, I use a cheapy Canon Canoscan 4400F that I picked up on the fly after my old scanner's bulb failed. I have issues with its Auto-Levels scanning filter (it makes the shadows from the page edges really dark, and holding down the cover doesn't help) Usually I'll just scan in, fux with the shading levels manually on Photoshop, maybe tweak the contrast a bit, then go in and clean up the remaining mess with my Wacom tablet. Nothing special.

Just a little update before bed (and my cat's taken over the clipboard anyway)

I've been having fun drawing biceps, I think <_<; I'm happy the pose spat itself out rather smoothly - the problem is the details... PSU-style clothes while trying to keep a tune with traditional Japanese wear without looking like a garish combo of both is kinda tough! At least he looks a little more like SotN's Alucard now than a girl <_<;

(AzureBlaze, if you were curious, this is how my scanner scans in stuff with its normal software, no meddling on my part (including all those eraser crumbs x.x;))

And I just realized a little while ago that Tsume doodle looks a helluva lot like Cliff from Star Ocean 3, hahah... small inspirations comes from random places.
