Im sorry 2 different stories.

#1 being fussy about breaking up

the #2 is about BEINg broken up.

I know what you mean though. I tend to try and help people but at my own expense and at times it ends up coming back at me in a bad form. I know I could say "if it's that painful, why do you keep doing it?" but I ask myself that as well. In either case, you could either take a break, or realize that, while you may not be sure how to help, sometimes just listening is all that's needed. Or, if you feel that helping people is being detrimental to yourself, just realize that helping people with their issues does not somehow contaminate you.

Sorry to hear about that, Tingle.

I don't have any advice for you right now, just don't think of yourself as a bad person.
