I've got some armor in my shop- some may be good as Mag Food, some as actual armor:
Stelaline- 1,500
Gi-Senba (12% ice)- 35,000
Cresline (12% dark)- 35,000
I've also got lots of cheap weapons for sale. Search for "Slam I Am" as the character name.
If you have a counteroffer for any of these, please let me know- it's hard to judge how steep to price armor on the 360.
