I always wonder why the "first" everything is on PSOW... am I the only one that doesn't believe a person could've found the board and synthed it earlier, but doesn't care to add it to the database of a site they might not visit? "The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence."

Anyway, good stats and all but it's too fugly for my tastes... Grove of Fanatics S wasn't too much fun either (only had 2 people, but we made it through with a B), so I don't see myself hunting this one down.

Of course there's a chance this isn't the actual first. Some people just get all jolly over being the first to have or being the first to provide pictorial evidence. Others are just happy to have something and don't bother showing it off.

I dunno it seems like even higher rank weps have a unique percentage. Doesnt seem to be directly set like shop grade units. For example I have a 80 melee PM and i go to build a Jetseen and its around 70% or whatever. A Seva Cresa which is also 7 star is 80%? Any Ideas on if some weps have unique % not basing on stars?

In general, Kubara weapons have a set %. I'm not sure about the guns, but the "joke" weapons like harisen and bulb are always 51%

Crea weapons on the other hand, benefit from having striking on the PM, and also have very high %, I think you can get them up to 90% with 100 striking
