PSP video help.

My friend needs help putting videos on his PSP~nyo. He wants to put videos he downloaded into the PSP, but the methods with putting the MP4 file into a specific folder on the PSP doesn't work~nyo. Nor does PSP Video. Well, PSP Video does put the video on the PSP, but it won't play when you go to it~nyo.

Does anyone have any suggestions~nyo?
