Whats a Ranger to do? So few people are using set in order

Online play is starting to look like a Malthusian nightmare (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malthusian_catastrophe) to my poor little n00b eyes.

If thats you problem load up some twin handguns and goto town. That is my personal strategy. You can pick up item while strafing and firing. And at llower levels you probably won't notice that much of a differencein damage output and if you keep moving then you shouldn't get hit that often. Good luck!

Yes, well, for us mere mortals who aren't level 70, its a bit of an issue finding games that aren't set http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif.

Yeah, thats usually what I end up doing. The thing is, as a low level ranger, I find myself running out of PP quickly and often. Not to mention that I have to dodge like a mofo (don't ask me how a mofo dodges... if you really want to know, join one of my games and watch me).


I *STILL* freak out whenever a force casts that lava ball spell. Stupid Moatoob runs.


Bringing along some NPCs can help a little, but their... less than stellar AI causes them to constantly be at my heels rather than smashing away at the monsters that I'm running from http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif.

It also doesn't help that Lou never, EVER hits ANYTHING with her SUV ability. Its uncanny.
