how do i make striker of chao?

ok i got a branch of paku paku and a lvl 200 chao mag when i equip bot the word use dont apper on the mag...what and i doing wrong??>??>????>>?

Ya have to do it during a quest or challenge(someone help out here), but you have to go to ruins 1, behind the waterfall...hopefully someone with a better memory will actually provide some more helpful info... and there is no use or anything like that..brings up some dialogue about the chao moving around and stuff...

I believe your force has to be over level 100 with at least 650 mst also.
