nope, but you might as well take the time to horde up materials and maybe multiple copies of the weapon if you plan on making a (4-7+)

I see... I am doing that right now as I speak http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif but by the time I can upgrade A-grade i probably have no use for the a-grade i have now... might as well just buy B-grade and upgrade them instead XD stronger.
