Looking for the following with roughly the same percentages...

Is this pc/ps2/3 version?
The closest I have to your requests is an 18% light Giza-misaki, and if it weren't for the ridiculous photon prices, I'd have made more of all types of weapons.

You can also pick up an 8* 29% ice saber at the GRM shop. Might save you the hassle of trying to synth/buy a 9* one.
