i see alot of these things...

ftw - for the win. who came up with this one? its like abbreviating go for the gold. gfg d00d...gimme a break

and what does PUG stand for? party...something..guys?

are people so lazy that they cant type simple phrases. i shoulda abb. this hole convo.

PUG = Pick Up Group... mainly used when partying with people outside of friends and guildmates

and FTW most likely stemmed from Hollywood Squares where contestants will do "I'll take bruce villanch for the win!"
